Join Our Crew

Each year 60-80 missionaries from St. John Neumann travel to Preston County, West Virginia to serve the poor there by helping to make their homes warm, dry and safe. Teens and Adults are welcome. The 2018 trip will be from June 23-30.

Fund Raising

We have three major fundraisers each year. Missionaries are expected to work these fundraisers.

What we do

The declining coal industry, horrific floods and historically high unemployment have left many families with little or no money to maintain their quickly deteriorating homes. We most commonly repair roofs, replace windows, siding, and build steps, decks and porches for access. We also are dedicated to getting to know the people we serve, so that they might see Christ in us. Most often we find that we are inspired by the ways that they show Christ to us.
